Inspired by hillside Californian architecture, the design responds to the geomorphology of the plot rather than imposing a footprint on it. Warm travertine stone wraps the principal volumes, deep overhangs frame the valley, and full-height glazing dissolves the boundary between living space and landscape. Inside, the language is quiet: oak floors, linen tones, a linear stone-clad fireplace, an oversized natural-stone kitchen island with kitchenette, and a generous open-plan living area sized for both family routine and considered entertaining. The 14 m pool, finished in turquoise mosaic tile, anchors the outdoor terrace.
